We provide comprehensive support to our partners, including official website and social media promotion, prioritized access to local customer resources, and a full set of product marketing materials. To assist with local marketing efforts, we offer free samples of new products with priority allocation. For tattoo conventions, we supply promotional materials and complimentary samples. Additionally, our after-sales service includes a certain quantity of free spare parts, based on the purchase volume of different machine models.
